How I Maintained My Curves Without Working Out HARD For 3 Weeks.

I haven’t worked out in about 3 weeks because I don’t want to lose any of my good weight. I’d like to keep some of my fun body parts lol I worked out for 100 days straight ever since New Years Eve 2019 (big goal) and I recently finished a 10k (another big goal!) When I work out hard it’s usually to either lose or to build. ..So although I’ve reached my goal, I’ve been doing light cardio to maintain everything and watching what I put in my mouth.

Sometimes people reach their goal and not sure what to do after getting there. They either gain it all back or lose what they don’t want to lose.

If you don’t pay attention sometimes then that’s when all the uncessary weight comes from. (and that’s what I try to be cautious of.) So I’ve been taking it easy..but still being physically active daily and choosing my foods carefully.   Next week I’ll be back to building; lifting my weights for lower body and keeping my core toned. I never really lift heavy weights on upper body. If I need to tone my arms I use aerobics for that area. I try to keep a feminine form, but I love creating a sexy cut in my back.  😊😊
